Remembering Nicolas Hayek, Switzerland’s great entrepreneur. Nicolas Hayek was born in Beirut to a Lebanese mother and an American-Lebanese father. After studying physics, mathematics and chemistry in France, he married a Swiss and came to Switzerland at the end of the 1940s. In the 80s he entered the watch industry. (SF/swissinfo.ch)

Acrobat spectacle hits Holland – the theatre group Karl’s kühne Gassenschau began performing 25 years ago in the streets of the city of Zurich. Over the years their productions, a mixture between circus acrobatics and theater plays, became bigger and more spectacular.
